So, no run yesterday. Don't ask. What's done is done... or isn't done.
But, to make up for it, I did my 5 miler today. I was planing to do one this weekend, but the hubby was home this afternoon and offered to watch the kids. So I took my opportunity to go run out in the fresh, cold air and enjoy some freedom. It was a good run. I was cramping for a good portion of it, but it felt good being out there for a while. Wish I could do it like that more often... it's a nice escape. But that's life.
Anyhow, did the 5 miles in 44:22. So just under 9 pace, on average.
Also, the cramping thing is reminding me that I am not eating well right now. I'm not really over-eating, I don't think. I'm just not eating good stuff... or drinking enough, for that matter. So I'm going to try and work on that. I may start tracking the good to keep myself in check. We'll see if I can manage to stick to that.
