Another update:

Monday: 25 min run... did it out on the hills with the stroller, same course as last Monday, but with a watch to measure this time. Last week, I made it 2.46ish miles in 25 minutes. This week, I made it 2.62 miles in my 25 minutes. It's not fast, but not bad for a double stroller run. And improvements are always good to see.

Tuesday: 20 min run, plus biceps resistance workout... treadmill, nice and slow (10 min pace, so 2 miles), followed by 4 different bicep exercises, 12 reps each.

Wednesday: 4 x 800 m intervals. Ran .7 mi warmup in 6:54, then my 1/2 mile intervals with 2 minute breaks in between each one. They went as follows:
1. --- 4:05
2. --- 3:52
3. --- 4:05
4. --- 3:49
I wanted to keep them right at or right under 8 minute pace, which I mostly did. But I made the rookie mistake of not trusting my own sense of pace and trying to use the watch to keep on track. It just doesn't adjust fast enough when you speed up or slow down, so it was hard to guage things. Anyway, it was a good workout. The intervals were tough, but doable. I enjoyed it.
I then ran a .7 mi cooldown back home in 7:09.
So... 3.4 miles were run in total, with like 1/2 mi of walking during my interval rests.
